The Disappointing Experience at Leaning Tower Pizza

When it comes to ordering delivery pizza, I've had my fair share of experiences with various restaurants. Unfortunately, my recent visit to Leaning Tower Pizza was a letdown from start to finish.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by an empty restaurant, which should have been a red flag. The atmosphere was lacking, and the nonexistent service didn't exactly fill me with excitement for our meal. After waiting 20 minutes for a simple cheesy bread appetizer, my group decided it was time to leave. It's unacceptable to be kept waiting that long in an almost deserted restaurant.

As we made our way out, I couldn't help but overhear the owner (I assume) berating one of the bartenders about leaving garbage on the patio. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and sets a poor tone for customers.

Our order consisted of two pizzas and an appetizer, which took some time to arrive. When we sat down at our table, we noticed a piece of dried-up crust and cherry stems sitting next to our booth in the windowsill. It was clear that the table hadn't been properly cleaned before our arrival.

I also noticed a disclaimer on their menu stating that they prepare gluten-based items in-house and can't guarantee cross-contamination with surfaces or flour particulate in the air. This raised concerns for me, especially since I have dietary restrictions.

In terms of gluten-free options, Leaning Tower Pizza offers seasonal pasta choices and veggie substitutes like Zucchini Zoodles and Mixed Veggie options. However, it's essential to note that they are not responsible for outdated menus or pricing information on third-party websites.

Lastly, I was disappointed to discover that their coupons, discounts, and rewards offers are not valid with other promotions or Tagliani Rewards. This makes it difficult for customers to take advantage of deals.

Overall, my experience at Leaning Tower Pizza was underwhelming, to say the least. The poor service, atmosphere, and lack of cleanliness made me question whether this restaurant is worth the price. Unless they improve their customer service and overall dining experience, I wouldn't recommend Leaning Tower Pizza to friends or family.
